I've never heard any horror stories about baggage, customer service, etc. In fact, lately, all my horror stories revolve around United as I have to fly them because they are the only airline that flies direct to where I need to go monthly. I would choose Frontier anyday if they actually flew to Edmonton, Canada. United has lost my bags now 3 times in a row and each time, I had to go to the airport to pick them up because they didn't even deliver them....how's that for customer service? But enough of my rant, Frontier is amazing, their planes are spacious, comfy (DIRECTV too), and I've always been a fan.
