I'll be WELL above Plat this year, but not close enough to ExecPlat. Plat was my goal, so I'm okay with it.

My son will be born on/around Thanksgiving Day, so come January, we'll be taking him all over the country to meet his family. I don't want to be stuck in coach!

This will give me Plat until Feb 28, 2011, when I'll fall to Gold, and can then reclaim my Plat status that year. For the third time--second time this year alone--AA is offering double elite-qualifying miles from 2-Sep to 15-Dec.
