Hi, I'm planning on flying tomorrow am from Newark to St. Thomas, VI. I've been practicing the strengthening exercise, but I still can't focus on my "anxiety" picture for just a sec, sometimes I linger. . . . . .
I hope to meet the pilot, but I am flying on Continental and I've heard that that they are all action -- no time for messing around. I'll try anyway. I'm flying with my husband and three children, 17, 15 & 10. I sit a few row ahead of the kids so they aren't witness to my anxiety. I've also posted on the tracking board, please check on me.
