I will be taking my first flight since taking the SOAR on Saturday. It will involve 9 long hours on a SMALL plane (honestly small. not like people say regional jets are small. although, I used to believe they were small). I must really need to get over this fear, because everything about this flight scares me. It is probably my worse case scenario. It is 3 days before the flight and I currently feel OK. I hope that means the strengthening exercises are working. I've got my carry on bag packed with all sorts of things to occupy me. I will definately let you all know how I do, and hopefully will provide some hopes to my fellow fearful flyers. If I am OK, it will definately be a miracle because my level of fear is in the panic range. I never fly unless absolutely necessary. This time is because of work, and I really don't have a choice. Thanks for keeping me in mind everyone and I hope to have a positive report when I return.
